Your thyroid, and the gut connection nobody is explaining. Your thyroid and your gut are in constant conversation, and almost no one is showing you how your T4 actually converts into the metabolically active hormone T3 in your gut and your liver, or why that conversion matters far more than the one number you keep getting told is "fine." When your thyroid gets looked at in isolation, the whole picture gets missed, and you're the one left feeling exhausted, puffy, and flat while your bloodwork reads perfectly normal.

Midlife, and what's actually shifting underneath all of it. This is the season that gets minimized more than any other, brushed off as "just your age" or "just stress." I'm going to walk you through what's truly changing in your body right now, so that instead of bracing against this chapter, you finally understand it well enough to work with it.

Sleep, and why you were never the problem. You've been handed sleep advice as though you're the one who's broken. But the house is loud, the dog needs to go out, the family runs on your energy, the neighbours fire up the mower at 7am, and your nervous system never gets the message that it's finally safe to rest. Women are being taught to medicate themselves for a problem that was never theirs to carry. We're going to name what's truly keeping you up, and what you can actually do about it.
