Perimenopause is the bridge for us as women that represents the single largest cascade of hormonal fluctuations we will ever experience in our lifetime outside of pregnancy.

Are the classes recorded?

If I choose to upgrade and work with a Practitioner, will the coach review my blood work?

If you have recent blood work, you can submit your MOST RECENT blood work to your coach 48 business hours in advance of your session and your coach will review it.

If I choose to upgrade and work with a Practitioner, what if I want to add more sessions with my coach?

You have the option of adding a full 1:1 Perimenopause Package to your program after meeting with your coach. We advise that you meet with your coach FIRST and then decide from there what the best next step will be.
