Women have been dismissed, under-educated and quite frankly in many ways, ignored during this phase of their life.
Perimenopause is the bridge for us as women that represents the single largest cascade of hormonal fluctuations we will ever experience in our lifetime outside of pregnancy.
It's a lengthy journey that can begin for some women as early as mid-30’s and last into their 50’s. On average a woman will spend 8-12 years in Perimenopause with subtle changes starting in her mood, energy, emotions, body composition, sleep, her period, libido, hair and skin.
Deeper and more pronounced changes arising closer to her early 40’s and beyond that make it quite obvious things are changing and the way she used to eat, move, live and be are no longer feeling supportive.

As I write this today I am a 44-year old perimenopausal woman just like you.
I am also a mother, wife, sister, daughter, friend and practitioner who has dedicated her career to educating, empowering and encouraging women to truly take their bodies and health into their own hands.
I have moved through my own experiences in perimenopause that were wake up calls; soft whispery wake up calls in the beginning and then a few that got a whole lot louder.
Because of all my training and years of education and first hand experience, I had a really great base and toolkit of resources and tools to pull from and get support quickly.
However, that is not the reality for most women. Most women that come to work with us inside our programs or inside the Women's Wellness Clinic have not even scratched the surface on how good they could feel. They are barely getting through the day.
