I’ve been at this thing called business a long time; I've worked in-person and online, I ran a 1:1 clinical practice, launched and led group programs, I've written for magazines, I've self-published books, hosted two TV shows, was a guest on national TV shows, I host a podcast, I create videos for my Youtube channel, I've been a guest speaker on national stages, at conferences and so much more.

I registered my first business when I was 17, and I’m now 44. My work has shapeshifted over the years, and I’ve started multiple businesses, both in person and online, I have sold companies and helped many others build theirs along the way.

It’s been quite the journey and one major thing I have learned in all my years experience is that there is WAY MORE flexibility, flow and excitement in doing this than what you’ve been told!
The message we always hear is PICK ONE THING and niche down.

Successful and sustainable businesses aren’t always possible or even necessary with this mentality and can keep many entrepreneurs stuck.

I have created 100’s of programs over the years. I have never been sold on the idea that I must only offer one thing to one niche.
