My name is Jenn and I am a woman, mother, entrepreneur and absolute lover of all things body movement, body awareness, fitness, nutrition, health, self-love and so much more.

Some call me a holistic living spirit junkie but I simply refer to myself as a woman on a loving mission to teach as many of you as possible what IS possible in your own bodies and health physically, mentally, emotionally and soulfully. 

Everything I teach, create and offer is rooted in my core philosophy that we can all learn to live our lives and show up in a way that creates more Simplicity and Ease in all we do.

When I sold my Simplicity Yoga Studio back in 2015, I transitioned from teaching 20+ classes per week, into the business that I have now - writing, researching, coaching and creating content day in and day out.  

That means that I transitioned from being on my feet and training every day to sitting on my butt every. single. day.  

After 6 months of sitting at my desk, I finally understood what all of my clients who sit at desks have been complaining about! I felt the aches in my knees, lower back pain started to show up, my jaw tightened, my shoulders began to slump forward and the grim statistic that we hear over and over again began to rear it’s ugly head - sitting is the new smoking.  

I woke up one day and decided I need to change up my training game to suit my new lifestyle - and my brand new training programs were born.

I created tailored workouts that I could do from my home or at the gym, in less than 30 minutes per day, that would act to open my chest, correct my posture, tighten and strengthen my core, and make me feel like I was actually moving my body. 

My Husband and I both run a business, so I know what it's like to feel like you have no time. But moving my body has become a fundamental part of my every day life - simply because it helps me step into my day with confidence and vivacious energy to go after my dreams.
