Hi, my name is Jenn and I am a woman, wife, Mama, entrepreneur and absolute lover of all things body movement, body awareness, fitness, nutrition, health, self-love and so much more. I have been a Personal Trainer and Medical Exercise Specialist for 21 years now and teaching group exercise for 23 years; Pilates for 16, Yoga for 13 and pretty much every type of fitness class, craze and fad to hit the industry between then and now… I LOVE to move!! And I know you do too...
