Short n’ Sweet Yoga Practice:

  • Child’s pose
  • All fours
  • Cat/cow
  • Downward Dog
  • Plank
  • Baby Chatarunga
  • Cobra
  • Downward Dog
  • Repeat from the top 3-5times
  • Once done take Downward
  • Down dog splits right leg up
  • Sweep right knee up to pigeon and hold 1-3 minutes
  • Downward Dog
  • Down Dog splits left leg up
  • Sweep left knee to pigeon
  • And hold 1-3 minutes
  • Downward Dog
  • Soften knees to floor and rest in child’s pose head supported on stacked fists
  • Focus on soft fluid breath fir as long as you need before you
  • Lay on your back in savasana for 5 whole minutes, with your eyes closed, and focus on your breath
