In my 6-week Bootcamp you will:

Perform TWO weekly 60-minute circuits combining Strength Training/Cardio/Yoga & Pilates  & Attend ONE additional weekly 60-minute Yoga class

Also included are a Pre-Bootcamp Assessment & Post-Bootcamp Assessment, Nutrition information and handouts, plus sample meal plans and recipes!

  When you complete my 6-week Bootcamp, you will optimize hormonal balance, lose unwanted fat, begin to understand how to eat properly and restore your health in the process!

If you are not 100% satisfied with my program or how you FEEL when you complete I will refund  your money!

My only CONDITION…is that you show up! And I don’t mean show up on time, I mean bring it, bring your energy, your drive, your anger, your joy…whatever it is that gets you through the session one circuit at a time.

Mornings – Tuesdays/Thursday 9am-10am OR

Evenings -Tuesdays/Thursday 530-630pm

$199 for 12 sessions…that’s $16.50 per session! Compared to $65/hour!

Plus 1 Yoga class weekly Mondays 730pm/Fridays 830am (no charge optional)

BOOTCAMP IS HELD INDOOR/OUTDOOR AT FITCITY(no membership required)
