Did you make any New Years Resolutions this year? I didn’t! Not in the traditional sense.

My approach to making resolutions is to create a ritual around it, to work on those goals each day or each week; ultimately to make it simple and change things one step at a time. Don’t forget, you have an entire year ahead of you! It doesn’t have to happen all at once. Just do one new incredible thing each day or each week to get you closer to your goals. I ask you to really think about what you want to change in your life and WHY you want to change it.
