Need a pick me up? Learn two simple ways to use Essential Oil’s:

  1. Calm Down & Take a Deep Breath: Take a couple drops of your favourite essential oil (I love Balance, a blend made by DoTerra) and apply them directly to your wrist, your lymph glands (just under the jaw line) and across the sternum (in the middle of your chest). If you have sensitive skin, you can also apply Essential Oil’s using a carrier oil such as jojoba, almond, coconut or olive oil. Massage a small amount of your oil + essential oil blend onto your hands and feet and carry the relaxing smell with you everywhere you go.
  2. Pick Me Up Spritzer: Take an empty spray bottle (50-100 ml) and fill it with distilled water and your favourite essential oils. If you are looking for a pick-me-up, try citrus EO’s such as lemon, wild orange, grapefruit or peppermint. Spray it on your face or in your car for an uplifting wake up call.
