Welcome to my super simple Six Cellulite Busting tips that will help you lay the foundation under your skin to reduce cellulite.  If you are someone who’s tried it all, have spent hundreds of dollars on creams, potions, pills, scrubs and had zero results, then you’re going to love my approach.

Here’s the secret the makers of cellulite creams and over-night potions don’t want you to know… getting rid of cellulite happens internally, under the skin. And it all starts with your nutrition habits and quality of exercise.

What works best for me in my own life and with the hundreds of clients I’ve helped is to make small, yet consistent mini shifts each and every day. Over time these small and simple shifts they work together (under your skin) to reduce your cellulite and also support your health at the same time.

All I ask is that you are a bit patient.

Take a deep breath. We are going to take things one-step at a time.

  1. HYDRATE – Drink 2-3 litres of pure filtered water daily
  2. DETOX – Squeeze ½ fresh lemon into 1 cup of warm or room temp water and first thing in the morning
  3. BALANCE YOUR BLOOD SUGAR – Create this delicious ready-to-go smoothie: 1 cup unsweetened Silk almond milk, ½ banana, , ¼ cup frozen berries, 2 handfuls organic spinach, ½ tsp cinnamon and ½ scoop Genuine Health Vegans+ Vanilla Protein Powder. Blend 1 minute and enjoy in the care on the way to school, work or errands.
  4. REDUCE INFLAMMATION ~ Nourish your body with leafy greens and plenty of
