Hello to all my lovely ladies:)

You ALL did an amazing job today, way to show up and perform!

It was so awesome for me to be able to see these two groups, my morning and evening session, of ladies – all starting from somewhere different in their life joining together for the same purpose…to pay it forward to themselves!

For most of the women reading this now, you will understand what I mean in saying that on any given day we don’t usually put ourself to the top of any list, let alone our PRIORITY list. But today, that is exactly what these 14 women did. It is so easy to create reasons, excuses, obstacles that stand in our way of beginning something new whether it be eating better, exercising or just simple taking some time out of the day to ask ‘what do I feel like doing?’, ‘ what do I need?’, ‘how do I feel?’

Listen to me, I get it. I too am a Mother, a Wife, a Working Women but before I became any of those things I started off as Jenn Pike and that is who I make myself schedule my workouts and eat healthy for. Because if I the individual do not feel good and vital about myself, I am no longer feeling like a great Mother, Wife or Trainer – it is part of who I am to move my body and eat well.

And today I saw that in all of the women I worked with. I saw the to-do list, the ‘okay I have to go here, there and then back home to do this and that once I’m done here…’ and the ‘what have I gotten myself into’?

Its okay to feel that way, it was day one, but now day one is over and day two is right around the corner…and I only want the NEEDY version of you to show up. The version that needs to move, needs to feel better, needs to work towards a new goal and needs to be surrounded by like-minded women to help her through it. That’s what I need from YOU!

So for you, my BootCampers, no more looking to your right and to your left and comparing yourself to women around you or focusing on what you can’t do or what is a challenge right now. I want you to look to your right and to your left and smile, encourage each other on and rejoice in your success’ of looking a challenge head on and accomplishing it!

So eat well, sleep well, laugh, smile and stretch, until Thursday arrives and its once again time to lace up those shows and put yourself to the TOP of your TODAYS To-Do List!
