Fall Fresh and Easy Spinach Salad (Serves 2)
6 cups baby spinach
½ cup fresh raspberries
½ cup fresh blueberries
3 tablespoons sliced almonds
½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
6 ounces chicken breast, grilled and sliced
2 tablespoons Renee’s Gourmet Poppy Seed Dressing or another low-sugar, canola or olive oil-based product (this option contains only 3 grams of carbs per serving) 
 
Mix the ingredients in a bowl, with the exception of the grilled chicken. Top with dressing. Divide the salad between two plates. Top with grilled chicken. Enjoy!
