There isn’t a Saturday that passes by where I don’t miss teaching the amazing group of beings that used to gather for the ritual of unwinding, awakening their personal magic within and the laughs we shared. It was life changing and we referred to it as Yoga.
My gratitude continues to run deep, and flows with me as I move into this coming weekend, where I will be teaching a few of my signature classes at The Toronto Yoga Conference.
A central premise in yoga is “everything is connected.” That’s clear when looking at the health and fitness benefits of yoga that have long been reported by those who practice regularly.
Personally, I love early morning yoga. It’s the best way to flow into your day. 5 breaths. 5 minutes. 5 postures. 5 flows. Don’t hold back because you believe you don’t have enough time. Yoga has no expectations of what you should do. Get on the floor and follow your breath.
