For Mindset Monday, we want to keep it short and sweet for you. It is Thanksgiving after all, so we want you to absorb some quality family time. Take the time to sit, digest, savour and enjoy your food!

A couple tips for feeling better during a ‘feast’:

  • Start your day with a quick workout, like this one My Gravity Defying Glute Series
  • About 30-60 minutes before your meal, drop a TBSP of Apple Cider Vinegar into a glass of water and drink it
  • Fill half or more of your plate with veggies
  • Don’t chug water during your meal! Take small sips, and save your water for 30 minutes after your meal
  • Relax, laugh, savour and enjoy your meal! Digestion is smoother when you’re having a good time 🙂
