I am wearing this right now and am about to include the laying down an relaxing part too! This feels amazing on the skin and you can have some peace of mind knowing that you can actually eat what you are conditioning your face with…it’s that good and pure!

1 tablespoon fresh, raw liquid honey

1 teaspoon Sunflower seed meal (use coffee grinder or small blender to grind raw sunflower seeds)

1 teaspoon fresh, raw wheat germ

small bit of coconut milk as needed for consistency

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and allow to set for a few minutes. Apply to skin in a thin layer, lie down and relax for 30 minutes, then rinse with a warm cloth. 

Great for all skin types, especially dry or dehydrated skin.
