Enzyme Boost Smoothie

2 cups diced pineapple

2 cups diced mango

1 ½ cups rice milk (or more to your liking)

3 tbsp. agave nectar or raw honey

tbsp flax oil

2 tsp vanilla extract

Squeeze of lime juice

In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth. Enjoy

Smoothies are one the quickest and easiest ways of staying on top of healthy eating. In this recipe alone you are getting four servings of fruit, loads of antioxidants and enzymes, fibre and an excellent dose of Essential Fatty Acids, Even when you are too rushed to make a meal you can always throw a few ingredients into a blender and go. For an even quicker  version, make the smoothie at night and in the morning before you go either pop it back on the blender base for a quick pulse or shake it and drink it up!
