This week on ‪#‎SimplicityTV we are airing the final and Part 4 of our tension releasing series. This week we are showing how to release tension in the quadriceps and your IT Band (aka your legs!) using a classic foam roller.

Holding tension in your legs and thighs, which is one of your largest muscle groups, can affect the health of your entire back, and can lead to lower back pain and tension. Manually rolling your sensitive areas that don’t get enough attention, such as your IT band (running along the side of your legs) and your quadriceps (your front leg muscles) will help to increase circulation and flexibility. This is especially good for the little (and big!) athletes in the house, such as hockey and soccer players.
