As a little bonus gift for watching here is one of my favourite Smoothie recipes that is alkalizing, blood sugar stabling and stress reducing…ALL things that will lead towards you reducing your cellulite!

Delicious and Satisfying!

1 cup unsweetened coconut milk ( I use 1 can organic coconut milk mixed with 4 cups water to make my own and it provides a healthy source of fat-burning fat)

1/2 banana

large handful bok choy PLUS small handful sweet basil

1/2 cup frozen organic wildberries

2 Tbsp hemp seeds

1 tsp maca powder

2 Tbsp goji berries

1 Scoop Vegans+ Protein Powder in Vanilla (optional)

you may need to add a bit of water to thin, it depends on your preference.

Blend for 60-90 seconds and enjoy!
