  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond or cashew milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 4 handfuls of organic spinach
  • 1 drop of doTerra peppermint essential oil (doTerra is food grade, others may not be)
  • OR 1 handful of fresh mint
  • 2 tsp of ground flax seeds
