We have all heard the rumours…sitting is the new smoking.
When I transitioned from teaching 15-20 fitness classes per week, to running an online business, I began to sit A LOT more than I was used to. Sitting all day in front of a computer creates lot of tension and stress in your body; straining your eyes, neck and shoulders, decreasing your blood flow, and tightening your hip flexors.
So what’s a girl to do about it? Today for Mindset Monday I am sharing my new favourite find, a portable standing desk – The Oristand.
